The District Council 46 and some other Locals represent industrial workers. Conditions vary in each area. Sign workers in a manufacturing environment have different conditions than those workers in a steel manufacturing facility. The conditions on wages, benefits, overtime, classifications, and in many other areas are dependent upon negotiating collective agreements in each sector. There are just too many variances to list here.
